John Seddon's books really open your eyes to how parts of current business management, thinking and practices really prevent transformational change and help you understand ways around these issues. He focuses on an approach called systems thinking which is a follow on from W.E Demings work. The goal is a great book to give to associate level individuals its a transformational change written as a story, very good read.
The final book is a great and really helps practitioners and leaders understand how to implement rapid change in their organisation. I have worked with Alan and learnt so much from him. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the application of change.
